2.1 All Products listed on the Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue Products at any time without notice.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to Product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.1 We aim to deliver Products within the estimated delivery times provided at checkout, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
4.2 Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight, as displayed during checkout.
4.3 Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
4.4 You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our organic food products, returns are not accepted.
5.2 Requests for order cancellation, updates and refunds will be accepted until the time of shipping of the products. Requests can be sent to info@svasthyafoods.ca or direct message to +1 (403) 560-4272. No requests will be accepted once the products have been shipped.
5.3 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6.1 You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
